Our story
When my daughter started nursery, it felt like we were hit with every bug going. Week after week she was unwell and, like so many mums, I found myself exhausted and desperately searching for something to support her immune system — not just through those early nursery years, but throughout childhood and beyond.
I wanted something fresh and wholesome. Something natural, firmly rooted in nature, that was free from additives and synthetic ingredients that had been sitting on a shelf for goodness knows how long.
For centuries, elderberries have been gathered and prepared by families across Europe as part of seasonal wellbeing traditions. From olde worlde kitchen remedies to recipes passed down through generations, these berries have long held a special place in family life. I loved the idea of honouring those time‑tested methods and bringing them into something I could make to support my own family today.
Unable to find anything I trusted was both pure and minimally processed, I began making my own elderberry blend at home, using carefully sourced organic berries, raw honey and warming spices. What started as a small ritual for my daughter soon became something I shared with friends, neighbours and fellow mums.
Its made such a positive difference to my family that I felt compelled to share it more widely — so other families could benefit from the same gentle, nurturing support in their own homes.

A nurturing tonic for all the family, this blend is crafted to help strengthen the immune system all year round and especially through the colder months. At its heart are organic elderberries, naturally rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and vitamin C. Their deep, dark colour reflects the abundance of natural compounds that make them a treasured seasonal staple and a powerful anti-inflammatory ally.
As the air turns cooler and coughs and colds begin to circulate, many families look for simple, natural ways to support their immune systems. Rather than turning to synthetic syrups or quick-fix remedies that simply mask symptoms, we lean into time-honoured botanicals trusted for generations to help maintain resilience and balance.
To complement the elderberries, we include raw honey, prized not just for its comforting sweetness but for its living enzymes and antibacterial properties. Unlike standard honey, raw honey retains its natural phytonutrients, providing a gentle yet effective boost to the body's natural defences. Together with a warming blend of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, we’ve created a beautifully balanced, rich, and gently spiced syrup to offer natural support when you need it most.

Raw honey is never heated or heavily filtered, so it keeps the natural enzymes and antioxidants that give it its soothing, antibacterial and anti‑inflammatory benefits. It’s pure, natural and supports everyday wellness — just as the bees made it.
Lemon
Naturally rich in vitamin C to support everyday immune defences, while its gentle acidity helps keep the blend fresh and naturally preserved.

Apple Cider Vinegar
