All Elderberry Nurture Blend bottles are handmade in small batches.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.

Safe Place Instructions on Courier Label

Elderberry Nurture Blend is a fresh product that must be refrigerated immediately.

To protect product quality, we include a note directly on the courier label asking:

“If not in, please leave the parcel on the porch/in a safe place.”

This minimises the risk of your parcel being held overnight in warm, unrefrigerated postal facilities.

If you prefer a different safe place, you can leave this in your order notes at checkout.

Shipping Method

We use tracked UK delivery services to ensure your parcel arrives quickly.

Typical delivery time once dispatched: 1 working day.

Please note:
We cannot take responsibility for courier delays, missed deliveries, or parcels taken to depots if no safe place is available.

Refrigeration on Arrival

Please refrigerate your bottle as soon as you receive it, even if the contents still feel cool.

We cannot take responsibility for spoilage caused by:

  • Delayed retrieval

  • Parcels left in warm environments

  • Parcels taken to the depot

  • Failure to refrigerate immediately

We currently ship within the UK only due to product refrigeration and shelf-life requirements.

Returns & Replacements Policy

Perishable Food Supplement Policy

Elderberry Nurture Blend is a fresh, perishable food supplement, and for health & safety reasons we cannot accept returns.

Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled or otherwise compromised due to courier handling, we will offer a replacement bottle.

We do not issue refunds for perishable products.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • The batch number from your bottle

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours, as long as production or dispatch has not yet begun.

Non‑Eligible Situations for Replacement

We cannot replace items if:

  • The product was not refrigerated promptly

  • The parcel was left outdoors for an extended period

  • The customer provided an incorrect address

  • The parcel was taken to a depot due to no safe place being available

  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery
