Propolis
Rich in flavonoids, over 300 natural compounds in total, long valued for their naturally antibacterial and antioxidant properties and their role in supporting the immune system.
Raw Honey
Certified organic, single-origin Hungarian honey - raw and unprocessed to preserve its naturally occurring enzymes, antioxidants and naturally antibacterial qualities. Carefully sourced from Hungary’s pristine organic forage areas.
Purified Water
A clean, neutral base so the spray stays gentle enough for little ones. Many propolis sprays use alcohol as the carrier - this one doesn't.
Dosage
Spray onto the back of the throat. 5 - 10 sprays a day. Suitable from 12 months.
Good to Know
Contains bee products. Once opened, store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months.

Propolis is the resin that honeybees gather from tree buds and bark, blended with their own enzymes to seal and protect the hive. It's the reason a beehive, warm, crowded and humid, stays remarkably clean inside. A friend recommended this as a natural help for my sore throat and general feeling of being run down. Was pretty sceptical tbh, but in fact my sore throat cleared up the next day and I've now started using it as a part of my daily vitamin and supplements regime. I'm definitely going to continue, especially through the winter months. Oh and the honey taste is quite delicious! It's a really good find x
